Summary of Employee Benefits
VitalSpring Technologies offers a competitive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, life insurance, disability, 401(K). Our basic life insurance and short-term and long-term disability are fully paid by the company. In addition to our core benefits, we have Paid Time Off for vacation, personal and illness. Employees also receive stock options upon their hire date and after annual review completion each year.
